BAGHDAD - Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said Saturday that the Iraqi army
and police are capable of keeping security in the country when American troops
leave “any time they want,” though he acknowledged the forces need further
weapons and training.

Hey Bridget - I just want to see if this works...way back when the hawks assaulted you for your constitutionally-protected opinions, I left a long message, which was somehow streamed off into the ethernet...I find that my browser is to blame; however, this mozilla seems to be working. We will see.
Sending it off...
Hugs to you and your graduate - Nancy
